The clicking is really annoying. I feel it click and you can hear it click as I walk. I hope this is not permanent. I sure don't want people to know it's me coming because they can hear me clicking.
I have exercises to curl my toes up and down, pick up objects, stretch the muscles, massage the scars and bottom of the foot, and torture myself with tasks I can't possible do and they hurt while I do them and my foot aches afterwards.
I have made progress, but have a ways to go.
